Might God be calling you to serve in some way — through prayer or being a volunteer?
Here are some charities/ministries that are asking for support:
The Harbour Project
Offer support to every individual who seeks asylum or is granted refugee status in Swindon, and help them to rebuild their lives. They provide advice, support, practical help and friendship, so that our visitors have the best possible chance of a fair hearing, a fair outcome from their asylum claim, and a fair future in the UK.

Safe Families
Offer support to improve the lives of people in our communities.

Crosslight
Offer debt advice to people in Swindon.

Swindon Community Fridge
The aim of the project is to keep usable food out of landfill, and to give it to those in the community – there is no qualification for use, apart from living in Swindon. SCF is open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday each week, from 11am to 2pm. Volunteers can give as much or as little time as they wish.

The Benefice of All Saints and St Barnabas churches
Are you able to volunteer your time to serve the mission and ministry of our churches? We need people who might be able to offer administrative support, odd jobs in our church buildings and church grounds, complete grant applications, Saturday Private Prayer at St Barnabas, etc. We are also seeking people to take on the roles of Warden or PCC Member. If you feel you have something to offer or would like further information, please contact Revd Cathy, email: cathymarko@yahoo.co.uk
Thank you.
